KEN PARKINSON, DIRECTOR OF RETIREMENT PLAN SERVICES

Ken Parkinson is Director of Retirement Plan Services. He is an investment advisory representative and maintains Professional Plan Consultant ^TM  (PPC)^TM and Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst^SM (AIFA®) designations. 

Prior to joining Hardy Reed LLC, Ken was a 15-year veteran with one of the country’s largest retirement planning firms. Specializing in group plan design, employee education and holistic financial planning, Ken has served corporations, healthcare, governmental and university employers in Tennessee, Mississippi, and Georgia.

Ken serves on the board of Lafayette-Oxford Foundation for Tomorrow (LOFT), a community affiliate of the CREATE Foundation, and the Oxford Endowment for Public Education. A clean-water advocate, Ken is a trained volunteer for Living Waters for the World whose Oxford team recently installed a community water purification system in the Yucatan region of Mexico. 

A native of Georgia, Ken is a graduate of Berry College in Rome, Georgia, with a double major in economics and psychology.  He and his wife, Laura, reside in Oxford with their daughter and son.
